At Grace.N6, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
- Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or digital discount code.
- Eligible purchases (excluding final sale items) can be returned for store credit only.
- Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The day you receive your package is considered Day 1.
- Only full-priced items are eligible for return.
- Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories are not eligible for return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All tags and ribbons must be attached.
- Items must be free of stains or marks, including makeup or deodorant.
- Items must be odor-free, including scents from perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

EXCHANGES
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Photo evidence of the damage will be required.
- If approved, we’ll offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.
- Please provide a tracking number when sending your return — we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Store credit is valid for 30 days only.
- We allow only one return or exchange per invoice — no exceptions.
